As part of the continuing NC 150 expansion initiative, the North Carolina Department of Transport (NCDOT) has declared evening shutdowns for the ramp linking NC 150 with southbound Interstate 77 in Mooresville.
The closures will begin just after midnight on Tuesday, April 8, and remain in effect until 5 a.m. each night. Operations are expected to continue through Friday morning, April 11, weather permitting, to accommodate tree removal activities.
Drivers will receive guidance through alternative routes during the shutdown.

Drivers on eastbound NC 150 will be rerouted to Williamson Road and Brawley School Road to reach I-77.

Motorists traveling west on North Carolina Highway 150 will take Talbert Road and then Brawley School Road to get to Interstate 77.
The NCDOT asks motorists to be cautious when nearing the construction area, follow the indicated speed limits, and allow extra travel time to guarantee safe trips.
