OTTAWA (Zerica Toease) – On Tuesday, the federal finance ministry announced that the 25% retaliatory tariffs previously mentioned by Canada as something they plan to enforce against certain American-made cars will come into play starting April 9th.
These measures will stay in effect until the U.S. removes its tariffs on the Canadian automotive industry, according to a statement.
